Our Current Open Positions
LPN / MA
A successful candidate will possess previous clinical experience assisting Medical Providers with procedures and providing direct patient care. Prior community health center experience preferred, but not required. Knowledge of medical terminology and the function of medical equipment are expected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Candidates will be expected to function independently, while handling a variety of responsibilities. Primary tasks will include telephone and walk in triage, assisting with patient education and back office procedures and referrals. You must possess excellent customer service skills along with a strong desire to work with a diverse population. A qualified LPN candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid Indiana license; Medical Assistant candidates will have completed a Medical Assistant Certification program; and current CPR documentation is preferred.
LCSW / Behavior Health Consultant
We are actively recruiting for a full time LCSW/Behavior Health Consultant interested in working in an urban, faith-based community health center primarily with the uninsured and underserved. This position is responsible for providing behavioral health care services to include, but are not limited to, assessment, diagnosis, brief interventions, referral, case management consultation and staff education.
The successful candidate will possess a current Indiana State License to practice as an LCSW with experience providing behavioral health services to a wide spectrum of ages and life stages; and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with patients and staff.
Outreach Coordinator
The Outreach Coordinator works with the Director of Operations to create, plan, & implement outreach strategies. They are primarily responsible for connecting people in the broader community by creating sponsorship agreements and cultivating relationships with business, individuals, and other relevant organizations.
