At Raphael Health Center our Dental Clinic will keep you smiling. We offer a range of services for children and adults, including:

  • Full Dental Exam
  • Oral X-Rays
  • Oral Hygiene Counseling
  • Cleanings
  • Fillings
  • Extractions
  • Crowns
  • Teeth Whitening

Dental is part of Raphael’s Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). We encourage connection to and integration with other services, such as:

  • Specially trained staff to assist patients in applying for new federal health plans and other public benefit programs
  • Case management and patient navigation services to coordinate the medical, specialty, educational, and mental health needs of patients with chronic conditions
  • Pharmacy/Prescription assistance to provide low or no-cost medications
  • Foreign language and sign language interpreters

It is important our community members know that Raphael is committed to serving their Behavioral Health needs.

Raphael has a Sliding Scale Fee Program and never turns anyone away for inability to pay.
